What if we shifted our "I am" statements away from just being busy? Imagine affirming: "I am diligent." "I am focused." "I am careful with my time." These words honour our effort without feeding into the overwhelm. 🧘♀️⠀
Next time you find yourself saying, "I’m so busy!" - pause, breathe, and reframe. Your energy and care deserve recognition, not anxiety. ✨⠀
